Clients agree to

• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Promptly report any security incidents or breaches

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials remain with Cybershelter.

5.2 Client Materials

Clients retain all rights to their pre-existing materials and data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Access to our systems and resources is revoked

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
